Production Team Member

Key skills include but not limited to:

Passion for all things Craft Beer with a focus on the local community
Strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, with minimal supervision
Personable and able to communicate well with both the team and customers
Problem solving skills and detail driven in execution
Quality assurance skills and drive for continual improvement
Valid driver’s license in the state of NJ

Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Packaging operations (kegging and assisting during canning)
Creating and maintaining detailed records
Following established Quality and Safety Procedures
Other tasks as needed, including warehousing, attending events, and plant maintenance

Part-time, however, the position has strong potential to grow into full-time production position.
